Applications accepted on a rolling, first come, first served basis through June 30, 2024 or until all of the funds that are earmarked for this NOFO are awarded.  As of May 9, 2024, the Department is only accepting applications in the Carbondale, Danville, and Peoria hub region. 
Illinois Energy Transition Navigator Program Community-based providers, including not-for-profit organizations Application link
The Department is accepting applications from the following hub regions: Champaign, East St. Louis and Joliet. Applications for these regions will be accepted on a rolling, first come, first served basis through June 30, 2024 or until all of the funds that are earmarked for this NOFO are awarded.
Equitable Energy Future Grant Program Equity Eligible Contractors Application link

Returning Resident Clean Jobs Training Program Community-based organizations, including community colleges, nonprofits, and local governments Application link
Applications submitted by April 15, 2024 will be considered for the first round of reviews.
Community Solar Energy Sovereignty Grant Program Community-based organizations, qualifying public entities, and technical service providers working in direct partnership with community-based organizations.  Application link
Currently accepting applications on a rolling basis.
Clean Energy Primes Contractor Accelerator Program Organizations with experience related to program elements and capacity to deliver program services.  Application Link. Applications will be accepted through July 2, 2024.
Clean Energy Contractor Incubator Program Community-based organizations, including nonprofit organizations, and accredited public colleges or universities, with demonstrated history and effectiveness in serving program-eligible populations in one or more of the Program Delivery Areas. Application link
The Department is currently accepting applications from the following Hub locations/areas: Waukegan, Champaign, Danville, Carbondale, East St. Louis, and Alton. This opportunity is rolling, and funds will be awarded until depleted.
