Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage

A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

Programs Currently Accepting Applications

Illinois Clean Jobs Workforce Network Program Community-based organizations, including community colleges, nonprofits, and local governments Application Link. Applications will be accepted through December 2, 2024.
Illinois Energy Transition Navigator Program Community-based providers, including not-for-profit organizations Application Link. Applications will be accepted through December 2, 2024.
Returning Resident Clean Jobs Training Program Community-based organizations, including community colleges, nonprofits, and local governments Application Link. Applications will be accepted through November 26, 2024.
Community Solar Energy Sovereignty Grant Program Community-based organizations, qualifying public entities, and technical service providers working in direct partnership with community-based organizations.  This CEJA Workforce program NOFO is currently closed. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive updates about CEJA, including when the NOFO will reopen, or contact us at CEO.CEJA@illinois.gov.
Clean Energy Primes Contractor Accelerator Program Organizations with experience related to program elements and capacity to deliver program services.  Application Link.  Applications will be accepted through August 1, 2024.
Clean Energy Contractor Incubator Program Community-based organizations, including nonprofit organizations, and accredited public colleges or universities, with demonstrated history and effectiveness in serving program-eligible populations in one or more of the Program Delivery Areas. Application link
The Department is currently accepting applications from the following Hub locations/areas: Waukegan, Champaign, Danville, Carbondale, East St. Louis, and Alton.  Applications will be accepted through August 5, 2024.
Equitable Energy Future Grant Program The Equitable Energy Future Grant Program funding is intended to address barriers to project, community, and business development in justice-impacted communities caused by a lack of available capital. Application Link
Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2024.
