Free/Low-Cost Broadband

Various broadband providers and mobile carriers are offering free or low-cost access in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Office of Broadband and Citizens Utility Board are collaborating to maintain an inventory of such programs in Illinois. These programs are available in the areas served by each respective provider, or as otherwise described below. Although we'll do our best to make this as useful as possible, this resource should not be assumed to be complete or current – or an endorsement of the providers or programs listed.
