The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Office of Minority Economic Empowerment (OMEE) is excited to announce the launch of the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Technical Assistance (TA) Loan TA Program. We are currently seeking proposals from qualified technical assistance providers to deliver critical support to businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) and very small businesses (VSBs) participating in or seeking help from SSBCI-funded programs.
