What are the requirements for reporting to Treasury?
All NEUs that receive a distribution of SLFR funds will be required to report directly to Treasury. NEUs will be required to submit to annual Project and Expenditure reports until the end of the award period on December 31, 2026. The initial annual Project and Expenditure report for NEUs will cover activity from the date of award to September 30, 2021 and was due to Treasury on April 30, 2022.
Subsequent annual reports must be submitted to Treasury by April 30 each year. NEUs do not have a quarterly reporting obligation.
