Eligible Quantum Computing Campuses

Government, nonprofit, and for-profit entities establishing a quantum computing campus in Illinois may apply to the Department for the campus to be certified as a quantum enterprise zone (QEZ). Establishing entities must demonstrate a plan to lease facilities to eligible tenants and perform activities that meet the growing demand for quantum computing research and development for practical use.
