Eligible Tenants
Eligible tenants include quantum computer operators, research facilities, data centers, manufacturers and assemblers of quantum computers and component parts, cryogenic or refrigeration facilities, and other facilities fundamental in the research and development of quantum computers for practical purposes. At the designated quantum campus, eligible tenants must:
- Support quantum-related employment and capital investments
- Encourage the participation and hiring of minority individuals, women, and persons with disabilities
- Commit to leasing, renovating, or building facilities certified as carbon neutral
