Restrictions on Indirect Costs Yes : Only certified Convention & Visitor Bureaus (CVBs) whose purpose is solely to market and promote their specific regions as a travel destination are eligible to apply. Since CVBs are a single purpose entity that are allowed to directly charge all costs to the CVB grants they receive (as outlined in 20 ILCS 605/705-707), allowingindirects for the Route 66 grants could result in double dipping.
