The Wave 1 application window was open from January 23 – February 26, 2025. For questions, please contact broadband@illinois.gov.
The Wave 2 application window will open this spring. Upon the launch of Wave 2, the IOB will publish an updated list of available Project Area Units and office hours will resume.

Project Area Selection Tool | Tool to explore and download proposed project area. Tool allows applicants to search for Project Area Units (PAUs), mark them as “Must Have”, and download PAU data to be included in application. Applicants are required to download a CSV from this tool with their proposed project area as part of the application. |
